FIRESIDE ROAST TURKEY
Our Fireside Roast Turkey (aka “Southwest”) is marinated and rubbed with extra virgin olive oil, chipotle, ancho and guajillo chilis, and roasted with light hardwood smoke to celebrate the cuisine of the American Southwest. A nicely balanced roast that won’t overpower you with spice or smoke, it pairs nicely with sharp cheeses, bacon, and avocado.
Ingredients: Turkey, water, salt, cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, and 1% of less of: (chipotle, ancho and guajillo chilies, paprika spice, cider vinegar, dried vinegar, dehydrated garlic, yeast extract, dehydrated onion, citrus extract, natural spice extract, and porcini powder)
