SIMPLE SMOKED TURKEY

We let the turkey and hickory smoke do all the talking in this simple roast. 

Just like our Simple Roast Turkey, this one highlights the clean and juicy flavor of our naturally and humanely raised turkey, but with a gentle hardwood smoke that plays especially well with apple, bacon, and cheddar. Unlike smoked turkey from the big deli companies, which is most often made using liquid smoke flavoring, ours is smoked with real hardwood, giving it a distinctly clean and natural taste.
