ANGUS HOLIDAY ROAST BEEF

Our Holiday Roast Beef is extra savory, aromatic, tender, and open roasted to a perfect medium-rare.

We use Choice American Angus beef, marinated and hand-rubbed with extra-virgin olive oil, herbs, and spices. We open roast in hot smokehouses for a dark spice crust outside and keeping the inside juicy and bright red. Real caramelization–and real roasted flavor–is only achieved by roasting hot and never by applying artificial colors, dyes, or other tricks. Often mistaken for prime rib, this signature roast beef is at home sliced thin for sandwiches or carved thick, for the center of a plate.
